At Anghels, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a safe and transparent shopping experience. Our exchange and return process follows the guidelines of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90) and was structured to ensure your rights without compromising the quality of our service.

 

🔁 HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Please contact us through our official service channels, providing the following information:

Reason for the exchange or return

Photos of the product (if applicable)

🔄 ENTIRE RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once our team responds to your request or you fill out the website form, we will provide you with a shipping code to be attached to the return package and taken to the post office. This code will be sent via our support channels (WhatsApp and Email).

 

As soon as the package arrives at our Distribution Center, we will promptly begin product inspection. After approval, we will proceed with the exchange shipment, refund (in case of a return), or any other necessary action.

💡 VOLUNTARY EXCHANGES (FOR SIZE OR PREFERENCE)

You may request an exchange for personal preference or size within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

 

Products must be:

Unused (no odors, stains, or any signs of wear)

With original tags attached

In the original packaging

If the original packaging is lost or discarded, customers may use an alternative, but Anghels will not cover packaging costs

Accompanied by the invoice (Nota Fiscal) — it must be either inside the package or attached on the outside like a shipping label

 

📦 Voluntary Exchange Shipping:

Anghels covers the return shipping cost (from the customer to us)

 

The cost of reshipping the new product is the customer’s responsibility

 

❌ RETURN UNDER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES)

According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, for purchases made online:

Customers can cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product

The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

 

💸 Refund:

We will refund the full amount paid, including initial shipping

Return shipping to Anghels will be covered by us

The customer may choose to receive a store credit instead, if preferred

 

🛠️ PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Anghels offers a 90-day warranty (from the delivery date) for manufacturing defects.

To proceed, the customer must contact us with photos or videos of the defect for analysis.

If the defect is confirmed, the customer may choose:

Replacement with the same or similar product

Full refund

Store credit for future use

 

📌 GENERAL CONDITIONS

Products that show signs of use, missing tags, or damage due to misuse will not be accepted

Requests made outside the legal or stated timeframes will not be accepted

Anghels reserves the right to evaluate the condition of returned items before concluding the process
